Hobbit - Chibi Kili

Another one done!! I'll do Fili, but Thorin and Dwalin won't make it for Anime North. They will be out for Otakuthon. So, here's the original description:

Fili is nothing without Kili, so the youngest of the brothers was really a no brainer here.
